Stay was wonderful..but I got disappointed about the room which I got allotted...not good air conditioning bathroom was so so.... malfunction of electronics...but coming bed it's so cozy I loved it and staff was so helpful and friendly..... Would suggest not book room ***** with breakfast or to eat at the hotel.

Thei intercom phone in the room wasn’t working, the service overall was bad. Upset with the staff. Wasn’t like this before.

It was a comfort stay. And breakfast and quality of food was awesome. Which i can say 10 out of 10. Only thing that i am little disappointed that the hotel has become old, atleast they can think of changing the fittings in bathroom to new one, so the stay will be pleasant. Thanks.

The rooms and washrooms are very bad not in hygienic and the bed also very old hand springs are giving trouble and giving back pain and one bed sheet is using for the three fore customers very bad when I am requested to reception but they are not changed no hangers no cloth cupboards no cloth cupboards

The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable bed ***** with all the basic amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and easily accessible by public transport. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay, and I would consider returning in the future
