It was a travel with family on the 08th Aug . Had to make a hard stop at Rajahmundry as it was late and driving till Vizag for night stay was difficult for us . Called the hotel Anand Regency number and spoke to their AGM who happily confirmed with tariff . When we landed , the rooms were not reserved . The reception *** was not bothered . Finally the Room was allocated and it was average . After we were given a room, the tariff was changed by the receptionist as the AGM had not informed the rates . Finally frustrated with frequent disappearance of the AGM for confirmation and his denial of rates later , we exited the hotel. The staff or the AGM were not bothered and guess neither will be the management ever for guests dissatisfaction . However this callous and casual approach at the first instance made me to discover a hotel- Hotel Manjeera Sarovar , a much superior and comparatively cheaper to Anand Regency

Stay was wonderful..but I got disappointed about the room which I got allotted...not good air conditioning bathroom was so so.... malfunction of electronics...but coming bed it's so cozy I loved it and staff was so helpful and friendly..... Would suggest not book room ***** with breakfast or to eat at the hotel.

Thei intercom phone in the room wasn’t working, the service overall was bad. Upset with the staff. Wasn’t like this before.

It was a comfort stay. And breakfast and quality of food was awesome. Which i can say 10 out of 10. Only thing that i am little disappointed that the hotel has become old, atleast they can think of changing the fittings in bathroom to new one, so the stay will be pleasant. Thanks.

The rooms and washrooms are very bad not in hygienic and the bed also very old hand springs are giving trouble and giving back pain and one bed sheet is using for the three fore customers very bad when I am requested to reception but they are not changed no hangers no cloth cupboards no cloth cupboards
