The room allotted had a tariff of 2000 plus taxes. I would have booked directly and got a better room. A very bad experience

Good is good but not cleaned. Not even sprayed room refresher n also two beds were kept opp to room door.

My overall stay experience in sitara elite is not up to the mark. Rooms maintenance is very poor. Serving food in the room is too worst. Tv connection is very poor. Wash room also very bad. Staff are not properly trained. One person who is working in reception his behaviour was very rude and don't know how to deal with guests. I don't know why the rational is 4 plus

Hotel is located at market area near to godavari river. Food of the restaurant is very tasty. Safety is ok.
