A most beautiful house with a wonderful decor! Very quiet area. We stayed in the attached, self-catering gîte with views into the countryside. It had everything we needed and was most comfortable. Perfect cleanliness. High chair and cot provided. The sunny garden with pool, is so beautiful, with seats, tables, umbrellas, shower...the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts were most accommodating and we enjoyed an excellent (optional)breakfast. It is situated in a small village which doesn't have any facilities, but nearby is a village with grocery store, bakery, restaurant etc. Parking was easy. Steps up to the gîte entrance could be problematic for someone with impaired mobility.

Un havre de paix au charme exceptionnel. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins en toute discrétion. Les espaces sont bien pensés, l’appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé, et la décoration est soignée. On y est au calme et bien situés pour découvrir la région cathare.

Ed and Fred are the nicest hosts. They are fluent in French, German, English and Dutch. We arrived past midnight due to a long delay, and they assured us that it was no trouble at all and they were both awake to greet us upon arrival. The communication was swift and effortless through email. The breakfast was splendid with lots of options; homemade smoothies, jam and pastries, but also whole grain bread and cheese. The house was beautiful and our room was spacious and decorated in rural style, but modernised with modern ventilation/heating and electric installations. The bed was the best we had tried in France. Parking was behind the property, no issues. We wished we had booked a few night more and would recommend this place to friends and family.

Ed & Fred font revivre les chambres d'hôtes de l'époque! Lorsque que vous arrivez devant leur portail (côté parking), vous ne vous attendez pas à découvrir cette demeure pleine de charme! La Gentillesse des propriétaires et leurs explications de l'historique de cette maison fait, déjà, que vous vous trouvez projeté au début des chambres d'hôtes. Il est, très rare, que des Propriétaires cherchent à vous satisfaire, afin que votre séjour se déroule au mieux. Le choix du mobilier (art déco) chiné à droite à gauche... font de cette demeure un moment privilégié. La salle du petit déjeuner, les jus de fruits Maison! Etc... Sont autant d'éléments, qui font que lors de votre départ, vous ne direz pas "au revoir"... mais, "à bientôt"!

Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen en af en toe een duik te nemen in het zwembad. Rondom dit zwembad is alle gelegenheid om lekker te zitten en wat te lezen of kletsen. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief airco. Twee super-gastheren die het heel gezellig maken en 's ochtends zorgen voor een heerlijk ontbijtje. Bovendien kennen zij de omgeving goed, zodat we allerlei handige informatie ontvingen over activiteiten en plaatsen in de buurt.

Ed et Fred ont créé une maison d'hôtes pleine de charme, décorée dans les moindres détails. L'accueil par les deux était très sympathique. Fred nous a informé sur les curiosités, restaurants, activités à faire dans les environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la suite Quirinye qui est grande, très confortable et dispose d'une cuisine bien aménagée. La literie de la chambre est très bonne et la salle de bains parfaite. Fred et Ed ont servi chaque matin un délicieux petit déjeuner, copieux et varié. On mange tous ensemble à une grande table ce qui est très convivial et permet d'entrer en contact avec d'autres voyageurs. Un lieu à recommander absolument!

This venue located in a super quiet town, but only 15 minutes from Narbonne. House remodeled, impeccable, and did not disappoint our expectations. Very rich breakfasts, spacious, comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness. The kindness of Ed and Fred is something I highlight and I appreciate them managing to help me with a specific request. Super attentive and empathetic. Excellent hosts. Super recommended place to rest or a romantic evening!
