I visited the tanish residency as an american traveler visiting the area for my first time, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. The wifi in the rooms is functional but not super fast and the amenities were suitable for a business trip of my time. I would visit and reccomend this hotel again in the future. Thank you!

I recently stayed at Exotica Hotel with my family and overall it was a wonderful experience. The ambience was excellent, with well-maintained interiors and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant and restful experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The food quality was excellent. However, while the menu had great choices, I found the pricing to be on the higher side. One of the highlights of our stay was how much my baby enjoyed the experience. The hotel was family-friendly, with a welcoming environment that made our time there even more special. Despite the slightly expensive rates, the overall experience was pleasant and worth it for those looking for comfort and quality. Would recommend it for a relaxing getaway, especially for families!

The experience staying in hotel was nice and wonderful.. The hospitality was very warming and helpful especially the mangaler and front desk was very helpful whenever we called, swimming pool was neat and clean, Sea Food was tasty nice Room neat and clean but need little bit improvement overall experience was good.

Below average food quality, only have food at this property if you are about to pass off because of hunger. Poor bathroom fittings, room phone buttons don't work, ac remote doesn't work, dangerously slippery room floor if wet, towels having holes in it. Breakfast options are only missal pao or poha, had to request specially for bread toasts. Approach road is full of mud-puddles and water logging, no sign board anywhere except for the property, had difficulties in locating the property. Only advantage of this property is its proximity to nagaon beach, and well managed pool, although small.

Very peaceful stay. Just a few feet from the beach. Food is very cheap here and yummy. The pool is pretty clean too. You can walk to the beach, enjoy, walk back and shower near the pool. In case something is required in the room, the service is swift, right from cleaning, to room service.
