The room was very clean. We had a pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel for my anniversary... Worse hotel, pathetic experience...we were allocated the last n uncleaned room left because we checked in at assigned time...nothing insight room...n to my dismay, there were a connected door connecting my room to adjusting room...n when I complained they said all the available rooms are like that only...balcony is in pathetic condition...I think not cleaned for long...I paid INR 15,000+ for this room n thought of spending good time and 31st night at this pathetic hotel...its completely ruined...I suggest ppl to avoid booking this place unless you get it around 3000-4000 INR

A good day one day outing spot! NOVOTEL IMAGIICA has a pick up and drop options from Mumbai and Pune. The rooms are a decent size with large windows that open up to a view of the pool or Imagica Park. Novotel offers a wide range of options to visit Imagica. It is best to travel to this place during the monsoons. The room service is spacious and can accommodate a nuclear family. The restaurants offer a buffet, and the buffet breakfast has a decent variety. It is better to avoid visiting during weekends, as you will not be able to fully enjoy the hospitality of this place.

The room service is very slow.. Staying here with family for 2 night and 3 days. The say no attitude is engrained in everyone here. I have had very different experience with different novotel properties before. This one is not truly novotel standard.. It is a 3* property with shabby service.. I requested an extra bed they denied that we don't put an extra bed in your room category. Had to fight in a sleepy state for it it took really long and my night's sleep got disturbed completely.. Amazing Stay and Exceptional Service at Novotel Khopoli We had a wonderful weekend stay at Novotel Khopoli. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A special shout-out to Surojit at The Square restaurant for his outstanding service—he truly made our dining experience memorable. One incident, in particular, stood out for us and is something we will never forget. After checking out of the hotel, we realized an hour later that I had forgotten my handbag in the lobby washroom. We immediately contacted the hotel, and Shadbad was quick to respond. He confirmed that they had found the bag and assured us it would be couriered to our residence. Pooja from the housekeeping team went out of her way to arrange the courier quickly. What impressed us most was the hotel's transparency—they proactively informed us about the cash inside the bag and even offered to transfer it to our bank account to ensure the courier could be sent safely without any risk. This level of professionalism and coordination by the entire Novotel team was truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for their support and exceptional service. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable and ensured our belongings were returned safely. We highly recommend Novotel Khopoli for anyone looking for an extraordinary hospitality experience.

The service staff is very helpful and pleasant. Neat and clean hotel, without frills. Good views around. Good food and nice breakfast. Spacious rooms, clean toilets, clean pool. No complains. Not much around the hotel though. we stayed within the hotel premises for the most part. Overall had a enjoyable stay.

Had a very comfortable stay, Start from check in to check out everything was very sorted & fast. Food was good, Rooms were clean & neat. Special thanks to Kunal from front desk for helping us with park view room. Again will like to come with friends

The location is good. The property is maintained. The atmosphere is good. Monsoon and greenery great. The rooms are standard. The bed is sagging. There is a night light which when dark lights up the room practically and disturbs sleep. Catch is is always on with no on/off switch. The bathroom maintenance need a little more upkeep. Also the light from the bathroom is visible and again brightens the room as they have provision for curtain in the bathroom but is missing. Lobby is big more from entertainment point of view. Kid enjoy. Service leaves a little to be desired.
