Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli

I recently stayed at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, and it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—plentiful, fresh, and offering a wide variety of choices for all dietary needs. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing spa area. Its location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The only minor downside was some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t significantly affect my sleep. Overall, I’d highly recommend Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean. We had a pleasant stay.

Property is not maintained. Rooms have humidity issues. Floor is wet and slippery in the rooms due to no humidity control. We ordered Veg burger which had smell of fish look like it was fried in the same oil as non veg food. Paneer chilli too, the paneer was not upto the mark at all

Good Imagica Parade in the morning at 9 on weekend and 9:45 on weekend. Rooms are good but the bed and pillows are extra soft, which is not suitable for people with a back issue. They should keep an option of medium hard mattress and neck supporting pillows. Pool area has nice lounging options, some of which are shaded. Good food, Jain food was available and made as per our request. Also they are not making the best use of the view of the mountains, they should keep a lounge or view point on the 3rd floor.

Excellent service provide by housekeeping staff specially mentioned krutika and deb because of they are coming to my room and speak with me it's mean alot cleanliness is good
