自己花錢住要吐血的程度! 美國三星是真的不可 設施: 床和枕頭都很軟 對腰不是很友好 淋浴花灑是長在牆上調不了角度的 連個像樣的衣櫥也沒有 最糟糕的是隔音巨差無比 走廊外的聲音 周圍房間用水的聲音 對面車站火車的鳴笛聲 樓下lounge天天party到凌晨的聲音 衞生: 入住當天覺得還行 後來讓打掃了兩次就很敷衍了 有一次淋浴房還有兩個濕的臟腳印! 服務: 前台黑妹非常愛答不理 其他服務員還行吧 訂的帶早餐 但每天吃都讓付錢 每天都要讓服務員找前台確認 非常低效 早餐廳也經常看不見服務生 預約時候備註的需求是一個都沒能滿足

The only complaint that I have is that the room I stayed in did not have a fridge. Other than that the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are extremely nice! No carpet! Love the bathrooms! Overall, the hotel is a must!

I stayed in this hotel while attending a class reunion. The pre- arrival check-in process was easy via the app & I was even able to select my room. The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. The room itself was large & very clean. The bathroom was also immaculate & nicely laid out, having a small bench next to the shower & hooks for hanging. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on & the pillows & linens were wonderful too. There are a couple of things that the room lacks. The first being a comfortable chair to sit on. There is only a desk chair. And the other is a bedside lamp. There are 2 bedside nightstands & neither have lamps, nor are there any sconces over the bed. The room is very dim with just Edison bulbs in the floor lamp & desk lamp. I took the advice of another reviewer & chose an even numbered room on the 2nd floor. It was very quiet & provided a nice view of Rahway Station across the street. I also requested a mini fridge & it was in the room upon my arrival. We had drinks in the bar during happy hour & the bartender was friendly & efficient. We also had breakfast the next morning & enjoyed that as well. Please be advised that they no longer validate guest parking tickets so it will cost you the full rate of $14.00 to stay overnight. The common areas are spacious & pleasant.

I’ve stayed at The Watt many, many times over the past two years. Overall, it’s a great hotel with fabulous staff, and crazy comfortable beds. Over the past few trips though, I’ve seen a few things that could be easily fixed if the management wanted to do so, but they apparently opt not to. Nothing major, but when you travel often for work, it’s the little things that make a difference. First, the rooms are dark. Just something to be aware of if you enjoy lots of light. Second, the towels (bath, hand, wash clothes, bath mats) have begun to yellow. It’s kind of gross. I can never really tell if they are clean. Throw them out and get new ones. The last thing should be super easy to fix. There are no lids for the paper coffee cups. The lids in the room don’t actually fit the cups. The breakfast room in the lobby offers coffee to go, but there are no lids for the coffee. I was told that the management “just doesn’t order them”. This has been an issue for at least a year, and not just a one off. The Watt is a Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel, but these few things fall short of what you would expect from the Hilton name. I guess because the hotel gets a lot of business from a nearby company and is mostly full at all times that it feels like it doesn’t need to address them.

Decent hotel. Not much else to say. You have to pay to park a car. Good for a quick one night stay. Beds were comfortable. No included breakfast, but that was known. Convenient to the airport in Newark. Updated rooms, but nothing really fancy.

We stayed 1 night ,arriving late night when the restaurant was closing.Check in was so so.No formal greeting,no welcome to our hotel.No infromation about the hotel,no gudience of internet acess or when the room was and which floor.Even after showing an international ID .I gues this is how we operate a Hilton hotel?We travel to USA a bit and this is not what i thought this hotel would be.Located our dorm type feeling room.Big spacious room,bathroom floor was very slipery had ro be careful not to fall over.Ac didnt work .Clean towels and good and basic soap amentities provided.Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but we disnt use.On the postive note we did ask about food options on check in and were advised about the world famous Waiting room and we managed to grab a bite there at nearly 11 pm..The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and thats is the first felling we got on arrival .Just to be aware of this but it is a sefe town.We didnt see anything out of the ordinary. We wouldnt be back unfortunately..One brief night was enough.

We went for a staycation at Watt Hotel Rahway, NJ earlier this year, mostly for a night to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We stayed in 1 BR Tesla suite. We had to write an email to the manager at 1am in the morning due to extremely rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate & unacceptable behavior by a front desk night duty person. We have travelled around the world and NEVER had such a bad experience at any of the Hilton hotels. So, here is what happened: When our kid went for shower, the water started to leak directly from the shower to the living area through the walls. The living area started to get filled with water consequently flooding the area. We instantly called the front desk & spoke to the night duty person, who came to check the flooding & confirmed the extent of disaster. We requested to make an alternate arrangement to which she responded almost after 20 mins. While we were waiting & exhausted it didn't make sense for us to move in the middle of night after packing all the stuff, so we requested to go along & make sure that the other room can accommodate our needs especially our child’s sleeping arrangements. She came to our room on the 4th floor only to inform us that she was NOT going to do that. She kept echoing the same thing with NO considerations, extremely rude, unfriendly & unprofessional manner. She would not listen to our concerns and didn’t know how to interact with the hotel guests. She walked out on us after saying most astonishing statements like people have been in worst situations like falling the ceiling. She gave us no choice but to stay in this room which can lead to other hazards (like electrical) due to this leak. She did not have the common courtesy to bring extra towels after the flooding/leak especially when she herself saw and witnessed the same. Further she told us that she would reach out to manager & get back but nothing! Somehow, we got thru the night. She raised her voice in front my child and wife and that’s completely unacceptable behavior with the customer especially given the situation we were in. My child was scared & couldn’t even sleep peacefully. We spoke to the manager (Mr. Raj) next morning who assured would resolve & get back to us. We never heard back from him & reached out to him recently again but there is NO RESPONSE at all.

Sherae, John M., and Waleed provide remarkable customer service and go above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel is very clean and has nice ambiance, but it's best attraction is the warm, courteous, professional service I experienced. Kudos to the staff!

Spent 4 days this week at this establishment with 5 of my business partners. The hotel is decent and located in a cool area, but the management is poor at best. During our stay we attempted to gather for a short period of time in the lobby/breakfast area mid day at which time the manager came out and got very unpleasant telling us the area was closed. We then went over to the vacant area of the lobby and were told again that the “manager” has stated that we can’t sit here either unless we are ordering from the closed bar. We are a group of business partners renting independent rooms for 3-4 nights and this is the attitude of management. I will not be venturing to this location again because of this poor experience and would highly suggest people looking elsewhere as well. Past customer!
