Bellissima esperienza, hotel storico favoloso; sale con affreschi e arredamento in stile barocco, il personale eccellente dai ragazzi della reception, alle ragazze della sala colazione...tutto perfetto e ben gestito...la colazione era superlativa..tutto freschissimo e delizioso non esistono prodotti industriali. Il giorno del mio compleanno a sorpresa ho ricevuto una tortina con la candelina durante la colazione che mi ha reso veramente felice! Siete il top! Sicuramente da ritornarci, già mi manca:)

Posto incantevole consigliato da un amico, personale super professionale e gentilissimo ci siamo sentiti veramente bene in questo splendido Relais. Colazione strepitosa ma anche la gentile signorina che si è presa cura di noi sembrava integrata perfettamente in quelle sale che si susseguivano, lei sembrava danzare, nel piano nobiliare restaurato sapientemente, ci hanno riservato un camera stupenda. particolare attenzione alla clientela anche all'accoglienza. insomma tutto perfetto ci torneremo ancora l'anno prossimo. Grazie

Super tolles Hotel im Zentrum der Innenstadt. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Netter Frühstücksraum . Besonders das Personal der Rezeption war äußert hilfsbereit . Taxi besorgt , Restaurant reserviert….Vielen Dank nochmals

Struttura a Ragusa nuova, in edificio storico, ristrutturato e arredata con mobili d’epoca nei locali comuni. Da vivere la colazione nel salone principale con vista diretta sulla cattedrale di San Giovanni. Facilita di parcheggio, struttura tranquilla. Nota particolare : la cortesia e gentilezza di Marisa alla reception !

We travelled to Sicily on our boat and were delighted to spend two nights at the Relais Antica Badia...we opted for suite no 301....exqusite room, huge and fab bathroom.....very comfortable bed...breakfast was fabulous too but Sicilians like sweet food so opted for mostly fruit!...location is great...air con worked a treat....we will definitely be back..thank you

This hotel is a former palace so the room is decorated in baroque style. The breakfast room is beautiful with a very good breakfast and service. That’s all for the positives Firstly , it’s not located at the older , historic part of town. It’s about 30 min walk down the hill and multiple stairs and then 30 min walk back up the stairs and up the hill. I booked the suite since we were traveling with 2 kids and got a large room with 2 uncomfortable foldable beds for the kids. When asked for a beach towel, was told that the charge was 5 euros per person ( charge , not a deposit!!). I would advise to stay elsewhere in beautiful Ragusa.

Simply perfect. Located in a historyc building in the center of Ragusa. Excellent staff, great manager Mr.Ignazio Ottaviani. The breakfast is served in somptuous historic dining rooms. The best place to stay during our long journey in Sicily...

Dimora storica del XVII secolo, arredata con stile nel rispetto della tradizione...staff cortese, professionale, prodigo di consigli e pronto a risolvere un piccolo inconveniente relativo alla prenotazione. Camera Deluxe n. 206 spaziosa, elegante, con affaccio sulla cattedrale, prodotti da bagno di qualità, graditi la sistemazione della camera prima della cena e il cioccolatino lasciato in omaggio ogni sera. Colazione in salone di rappresentanza con cannoli preparati all'istante e ricotta fresca. Terrazza con vista sulla cattedrale dove fare aperitivo. Servizi gratuiti: sigari Consiglio di curare di più la colazione con prodotti/ pietanze locali. Colazione buona ma da una struttura di tale livello mi sarei aspettato un quid in più...non in termini quantitativi ma qualitativi..prodotti a km 0 che esaltino i sapori della Sicilia. Le torte (sbrisolona) non propriamente siciliane e qualità discreta
