Great, really beautiful hotel, all aspects are very good

We loved this hotel, the surrounding, the stuff, the food - everything was just perfect! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sri Lanka

This is the favorite hotel in the 12-day Sri Lanka trip, very lucky to choose here, although the road to the hotel is a bit rugged, it may be this rug that makes it so quiet, so primitive. The hotel is an old colonial villa, but the maintenance is very good, the staff is very nice, I really want to stay a few more days.

The Tea Plantation is beautiful, surrounded by fields of tea. It has a lot of charm as a converted tea factory. It has a nice restaurant and bar off the lobby, and a spa in the basement. Its kind of a trek to get get there, but its worth it if you plan to spend a few days in this region. Its also on the way from Kandy to the National Parks in the Southern part of the island, so it makes a good place to stop for a night along the way. The spa was very nice, we had a couples massage there after breakfast. Overall it was a really nice place to spend a night. The weather is a lot cooler than the costal regions, it was a nice change of pace.

The room was small but clean, and our 3 suitcases were only allowed to walk sideways. The bonus points are added to the exterior and decoration style of the hotel. The photos taken are absolutely literary. The boss is very warm and gentle, and the dinner is very beautiful. Unfortunately, I am not used to it, and I am almost wasted. The next day at 5:30 in the morning, I will go to Horton Plains and the hotel will help pack the breakfast. If the room requirements are not high, definitely recommend it here.

Este hotel se encuentra dentro de una encantadora urbanización, con un estilo muy inglés que le da un toque especial. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta que está bastante apartado de la ciudad, lo que puede resultar inconveniente si buscas opciones de vida nocturna o entretenimiento cercano. Lo mejor del hotel son sin duda las vistas; desde aquí se pueden apreciar paisajes impresionantes con campos de té, bosques y una naturaleza exuberante que realmente invitan a relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La decoración interior del hotel es encantadora y las habitaciones son amplias y agradables, lo que crea un ambiente acogedor. Además, hay muchas zonas comunes que se pueden utilizar, lo que añade un toque de comodidad a la estancia. La cama es muy confortable y las vistas desde la ventana son simplemente inmejorables, permitiendo disfrutar de la belleza del entorno. Sin embargo, el desayuno deja mucho que desear. Es bastante escaso y, para un estilo occidental, resulta bastante pobre. No puedo entender cómo, estando en un país famoso por su té, no ofrecen té ni café en el desayuno. Sin duda, este es un aspecto que deberían mejorar considerablemente para hacer la experiencia más completa. En resumen, el hotel tiene muchas cosas buenas, pero el desayuno necesita una revisión urgente para estar a la altura de lo que ofrece el resto del lugar y si buscas tranquilidad y belleza natural, este lugar es ideal. Pero si prefieres estar más cerca de la ciudad y sus actividades, quizás debas considerar otras opciones.
