Hotel Royal Inn Raebareli

Nice stay with beautiful rooms and fab room service and staff is also very cooperative so i suggest all to visit this property

Hotel location is near to railway station and hotel service and ambience is promising and hotel staff is very cooperative

All are explain to you hotel making fool to peoples terrible day of my life when i stay in this hotel.

1. Location was fine 2. Staff and services were very irresponsible. 3. Hygiene was not there

Overall utterly disappointed with the stay because of various reasons: 1. The rooms were not ready to be checked in to by the time we arrived at the hotel 2. The toilet is not working ***** with the toilet lights 3. The room was full of o dour and bad smell all around 4. The ac control was with the reception so you cannot turn on ac on your convenience 5. The hotel staff was the least cooperative with the needs the only pro this hotel might have is that it is near to the raebareli railway station i would not recommend to stay at this property at all ever.

Overall experience was quite good but if i talk about the services they are not appropriate, i order sandwich which as just dry breads nothing else in the sandwich. Cleaning was also not appropriate asked to change bed sheet but haven't changed instead i asked them twice to change bed sheets. Owners were real gentleman.
