Excellent stay overall. The staff, accommodations, and dining were all top-notch. The only minor drawback was the pool being under maintenance during my visit, but that didn't significantly impact my experience. Highly recommend!”

This was our second time staying here. We loved our  first stay here. This one a different experience. We booked a good deal through Trip and felt like they put us in a ”cheaper” feeling room because of the discount we got. The room had a bad smell, the floor was dusty, the toilet seat had been replaced with one that was too small for the bowl and we found a carpet beetle on a bed pillow. Thankfully, the people at the front desk were very kind and moved us into a much better room for the remainder of our stay. It was a shame we had to experience that first night.

The hotel is located in a great area: between Grand World and Vinpearl Wonderworld. The hotel is a bit old, so you can feel some humidity smell in certain areas, like the corridors, but in general, it’s quite clean and nice. The breakfast is great! There are a lot of options to choose from. We couldn’t enjoy the beach since we visited during the monsoon season, but it looked well taken care of. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses from and to the airport and other sightseeing places, such as Grand World
