Passare dei giorni nell'Agriturismo Le Canterie è davvero un'esperienza indimenticabile. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Lucia ed Erminio sono fantastici padroni di casa. Si gode della vista più bella sulla Val d'Elsa, campi, valli e boschi a perdita d'occhio. La struttura è molto curata, nel rispetto dei canoni dei casali toscani. Spazi enormi tutto intorno, terrazzo panoramico dove mangiare o semplicemente rilassarsi con vista sul tramonto. Piscina alla giusta distanza dagli appartamenti; anche da qui si può godere di un'ampio panorama. Abbiamo dormito nell'appartamento L'Orciaia. Tutto molto raccolto e funzionale. Materasso e cuscini comodi. Doccia grandissima. Se tutto questo non bastasse, i piatti proposti dalla cucina di Erminio sono stati una vera goduria per il nostro palato. Tutto fatto in casa e a kilometro zero, con una maestria da grande chef. Ogni piatto è curato nel minimo dettaglio ed è un piacere sentire Erminio raccontarne la preparazione. Da Le Canterie si può raggiungere Radicondoli in pochi minuti con la macchina, ma noi consigliamo di arrivarci a piedi (circa 1 ora) costeggiando campi e attraverso il bosco, godendosi a pieno la natura. L'ultimo tratto di circa 500 metri è in salita. Con la macchina si raggiungono facilmente luoghi caratteristici che vale la pena visitare: San Gimignano, Volterra, l'Abbazia di San Galgano, Casole d'Elsa, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, finanche Siena e Firenze. Ci torneremo sicuramente, non vediamo l'ora!

Fantastic place
Great place, calm and relaxing. Great owners, felt like at home, with fantastic lasagna and generally very local and delicious food. Logistically fantastic location since one can travel different directions to small and big cities, nature, sea and not very far from Pisa airport (2 h drive).

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in Le Canterie. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Menschen und wir haben uns jederzeit sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist herausragend.
Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig abgelegen und deshalb sehr ruhig und idyllisch.
Die Zimmer und Betten sind sehr gemütlich.
Aus dem Pool heraus hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf die schöne Landschaft.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und besteht aus frischen und regionalen Bioprodukten.

This is an incredible place to stay - off the beaten track and so quiet and peaceful. The accommodation, food and facilities were top notch but what really made this place was the welcome we all received (couple with 5 year old). We felt so relaxed and welcome there. The hosts couldn't have made this place any nicer and I can't recommend staying here enough. I'm purposely not giving lots of details because there is a huge amount of joy in discovering and experiencing Le Canterie firsthand! Just make sure you eat at the restaurant if you stay here, it is not to be missed!

Cercavamo un ristorante per organizzare una cena a domicilio con 25 amici per il compleanno di 40 anni di mia moglie. Dopo aver penato non poco tra ristoranti chiusi, chef a domicilio e proposte poco interessanti, abbiamo trovato Erminio che ha colto perfettamente le nostre necessità e ci ha conquistato con la sua preparazione, gentilezza e flessibilità. Nonostante lo scarso preavviso e i cambiamenti last secondo, il signor Erminio ci ha organizzato una magnifica cena completa dall’antipasto al dolce. Oltre alle preparazioni eccellenti e preparate con cura siamo rimasti davvero felici del servizio attento al dettaglio che ci è stato offerto. In un’ occasione così speciale per la nostra famiglia, siamo davvero felici di aver trovato in Erminio un aiuto che ci ha permetto di offrire una cena nettamente superiore ai vari ristoranti super recensiti provati in zona.

We hosted our wedding at Le Canterie. From the first phone call, we felt the connection and energy of Lucia and Erminio, We visited in December just to see the venue and taste the menu. The food was amazing. People say weddings are stressful but ours was easy, Le Canterie was perfect. Now we feel like part of the Le Canterie family. There was so much love. It was a magical event and will live in our hearts for the whole of our lives. I could not have wished for something so perfect

Les hôtes de cet établissement sont formidables. Les repas que nous avons pris à "Le Canterie" sont les meilleurs que nous avons pu déguster en Toscane. L'environnement est calme et merveilleux de nature.
