The hotel is absolutely stunning in a location about 20 mins drive away from Vlore. Nice & relaxing at the pool with great service. The only two negatives during our stay were the room safes which are not attached to the wall which meant we had to carry our valuable around with us, and the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The infinity pool & decking cleanliness are the winning features of this property.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hotel,il est à 20 minutes de Vlorë,nous le savions ,pas de problème nous avons une voiture,mais encore faut-il trouver une place sur le parking… Nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe avec accès piscine mais a notre arrivée on nous dit pas de dispo appelles votre voyagiste ,nous sommes restés 3h à la réception avec un personnel pas très sympathique…Au bout de 3h on nous dit qu on aura la chambre deluxe dans 2 jours,donc on nous donne une autre chambre,certe très grande avec une belle terrasse et une très belle vue … L hôtel est beau ,propre,il y a une petite piscine mais impossible d y aller car très peu de transats qui sont réservés toujours par les mêmes personnes… Il y a une petite plage privée en face de l hôtel ,pas de sables mais cailloux,le week end ils louent les transats aux locaux… Le petit déjeuner très peu de choix en sucré ,une machine à café ou on fait la queue 15 minutes,on débute bien la journée et on boit le café dans un gobelet en carton super le 5 étoiles !!! Le repas du soir en buffet ,répétitif,peu de dessert ,riz frites ,poisson ,poulet et pizza …on doit trouver des couverts et des verres seuls … Au bout des 2 jours nous avons enfin notre chambre deluxe avec accès piscine ,il y a 6 chambres sans aucune intimité mais nous avons pu enfin nous baigner,le lendemain on nous a prit nos 2 matelas qu on avait pour s allonger … Bref cet hôtel est pas un 5 étoiles et ne fidélise pas sa clientèle,dommage,il est surement très mal géré,passez votre chemin il y a mieux pour moins cher !!!

Hotel not up to the standard of the service paid 25 € per person for the evening buffet for grated carrots and 3 fruits of your choice! Breakfast is the same: a coffee machine for the whole hotel with a cardboard cup as a coffee cup!!! Coffee machine out at 10am and you are told: no longer possible to have a coffee Orange juice with coloring ++++++ and the best part: service not up to standard at all!! We have to go and serve ourselves with cutlery, paper napkins like in the canteen!! Very very disappointing!!! Avoid!!!!

It's impossible that this is a 5 star! Scam. What's more, they downgrade you, sell duplex rooms when there are no more available. Go look elsewhere, there are much better ones. Maria at the reception is in any case not welcoming and looks down on you!

L'hôtel est magnifique ! La décoration intérieure et extérieure est canon !! Le cadre, la vue est superbe et nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassées. Un peu loin du centre ville (15 min en voiture). Gros bémol : la nourriture. Le petit déj est suffisant mais tout est froid (œufs, saucisses, etc) avec aucune possibilité de chauffer. Cocktails relativement chers (12€ minimum). Et stationnement compliqué !
