Soggiornato in questo agriturismo in occasione dell’addio al nubilato di una mia cara amica per 1 notte D’INFERNO Il posto è incantevole davvero, peccato che a gestirlo ci sia questa signora che la pulizia non sa nemmeno cosa sia, la gentilezza non è un suo pregio e sicuramente neanche la correttezza e l’umiltà. Abbiamo telefonato pochi giorni prima per sapere se la piscina si potesse usare, dopo un paio di risposte non troppo certe ci rispose “si” Arrivate la piscina non era disponibile perché era sporca e la scusa che ci è stata data era che la ditta esterna che se ne occupa non era potuta venire, le abbiamo detto che i patti non erano stati questi e che ci avrebbe dovuto informare (dato che l’avevamo avvisata telefonicamente) visto che è un servizio incluso nel prezzo così lei se ne esce con mille altre scuse. Aggiungo che ci è stato dato solo a disposizione un asciugamano a testa (e basta!!) e una saponetta in due. La struttura presenta aria nelle tubature. Di seguito lascio foto che parlano da sole della pulizia e delle condizioni in cui sta messo questo posto. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO A MAI PIÙ!!

Struttura con grandi potenzialità ma lasciata miseramente all'abbandono. Bagni piccoli con le tende di plastica nella doccia, originariamente bianche, ma ormai diventate gialle per il passare del tempo. Polvere che da anni si è accumulata su termosifoni, tappeti, travi del soffitto e climatizzatore. Peccato, doveva essere una vacanza di relax nel Chianti Classico ma si è trasformata in un incubo

Esperienza terribile la struttura è completamente abbandonata non si può definire relais, ne hotel , ne b& b ,ne ostello, le camere sono luride.... La biancheria del letto è del dopoguerra , la colazione scarsa servita in una sala sporca il bagno sporco e vecchissimo non fornito neanche del bagnoschiuma e per finire le camere non sono state rifatte ... Appena arrivati abbiamo atteso la responsabile per più di mezz ora davanti la reception se così si può chiamare....da evitare la struttura non è degna di stare su booking

Our host Francesco was wonderful. Showed us our room in a restored 1840s building in their vineyard, and explained local things to see and do. The spacious rooom had log ceilings and a four poster bed. Had a free breakfast at Francesco's mothers cafe just around the corner. Early in the season so the pool wasn't open yet. Fantastic place to stay. Make sure you contact Francesco by phone before you arrive so he can meet you at checkin. His # is in the check in instructions.

Potenzialmente avrebbe tutte le carte in regola per essere un ottimo luogo di relax e benessere…la realtà? Da passarci meno tempo possibile, stanza buia e maleodorante, bagno umido con pareti bagnate, il telo in plastica per la doccia non lo vedevo da 20 anni. Se si ha la fortuna di vedere la signora Miranda all’arrivo poi sparisce. Per qualsiasi necessità ci si appella alla fortuna, alla richiesta di cambiare un telecomando rotto ci hanno risposto che toglieranno tutte le tv dalle stanze. Senso di mancanza di pulizia in qualsiasi locale, e mancanza di amore per il proprio mestiere

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs. Endroit chaleureux, personnel accueillant et très bonne situation. Nous reviendrons, c est sur. Pour ceux qu’il veulent une piscine chauffée et une chambre aseptisée, il y’a des chaînes hôtelières qui font ça très bien, pour les autres, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ( et vous ne trouverez pas meilleur rapport qualité prix dans le coin).
