Spectacular room and hotel, in the Chianti hills. Top breakfast, even though the hotel only opened for the trail race, nothing was missing and all the staff were kind. Congratulations

Only positive points : great location and free parking. The hotel is outdated, breakfast basic quality and even the restaurant was closed in August month without being informed. You will have the opportunity to take a shower without any door ( !!) putting water everywhere on the floor. Should be a 2 star hotel

Fantastisk ophold. Virkelig sødt personale som hjalp med at finde de bedste nærtliggende butikker og supplerede med ekstra tandbørster/pasta da vi havde mistet vores bagage. Fantastisk lokation i en lille hyggelig by. Værelserne var rummelige og virkelig hygggelige.

Hotel in una casa tipica Toscana. Si accede direttamente da una porticina posta sulla strada nel centro di Radda in Chianti e grande meraviglia si arriva in un giardino ben curato con una grande piscina ed una vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Chianti . Camere tranquille spaziose, vista sui vigneti. Ristorante per colazione e pranzi/cene con tavoli su una terrazza con vista . Personale molto gentile e professionale. Da consigliare assolutamente!

This was our fourth visit to Relais Vignale in as many years, and it continues to be one of our favorite destinations as a family of three (father, mother, and daughter). The location is unbeatable—just a minute’s walk from the charming village of Radda in Chianti, with a stunning view over the Tuscan hills that never gets old. We love the authentic Italian charm of the accommodation, and the pool is always a hit, though it could use a bit of maintenance. The staff, however, is one of the main reasons we return year after year. 'Maitre de Maison' Serena always makes us feel welcome, and Marco at the bar is simply the best—his service and personality are second to none. While we still enjoyed our stay, we did notice a couple of changes this year. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t quite up to its usual standard. The attempt to modernize classic Italian dishes didn’t really work for us. Additionally, we didn’t always feel entirely welcome by the restaurant manager. Although polite, there was a slight sense of formality that made the atmosphere feel less warm compared to the rest of the staff. With such a beautiful setting, the restaurant has so much potential —perhaps they should ask Marco for some advice. Breakfast, too, was less impressive than on previous visits. The selection was more limited, and we often found basic things like water glasses missing. The breakfast staff is lovely and hardworking, but it seems they are a bit understaffed. All in all, we still love Relais Vignale and will likely be back again, but we hope to see some improvements in the dining experience next time.

Si torna sempre dove si è stati bene e siamo tornate. Sempre meravigliosa la pulizia e la cura di tutto il contesto, colazione sia dolce che salata al top, unico neo la mancanza di una tovaglia- anche di carta - sui tavoli. Per quanto igienizzati ad ogni cambio, sarebbe opportuno almeno un poggia posate considerando che quando ci si accomoda il tovagliolo lo si posa sulle gambe. Stride un pochino "la signora con gli zoccoli" per stile ed eccesso di "nervosismo" rispetto al relax di tutto il contesto. Un grazie particolare a Serena, Marco e Claudia che si distinguono sempre per professionalità e gentilezza. Ci vediamo a novembre!

This felt like a picturesque Tuscany vacation. Relaxing pool overlooking olive trees and vineyards, a poolside bar open late, stunning views near the hotel and from the rooms. We ate dinner here one night and really enjoyed it! Parking is easy and there was always space. It was lovely to stroll around the town for the sunset nearby. Comfy bedding and nice water pressure in the shower!
