The hotel is a bit old, the size of the room is acceptable, however no slippers being provided. Anyway the breakfast is good.

Well located in quiet main street in centre of the old town, the street is basically used by pedestrians with very occasional cars. Nice rooms. Good continental style breakfast with variety of pastries, fruit, etc. Staff friendly and those on reception are good English speakers. Also very helpful, preparing a take-away breakfast as we had an early start for a sporting event. Several restaurants within 400 metres of front door. No dedicated parking, you need to use free bays on surrounding streets, but I did not find this a problem.

Ho chiamato la reception x un soggiorno di 3 notti , volevo avere informazioni circa la spa volevo sapere se era all interno della struttura e quale altra struttura del gruppo avesse una spa all interno, il SOGGETTO che ha risposto oltretutto non qualificandosi ha risposto in modo insofferente scostante e infastidito.....se questi sono i personaggi del front office che devono accogliere i clienti ...COMPLIMENTI- Non ho prenotato , altre strutture avranno certamente piu professionalitaì.

Buona struttura ricettiva, la camera è di giuste dimensioni, pulizia ottima. La reception sempre presente e disponibile. È un po’ piccolo il parcheggio, ma comunque comodo e vicino all’hotel. Le piscine sono a 5 km dall’ hotel e forse è un po’ scomodo, ma comunque un buon servizio. La piscina riscaldata ad uso esclusivo ottimo plus. Le jacuzzi forse da rivedere la capienza delle persone.

Davvero un ottimo hotel nel Chianti, nel centro storico di un borgo e quindi l’hotel sorge all’interno di un palazzo storico, molto curato e affrescato con lo stile di una volta, a me personalmente piace molto, qualità del sonno ed insonorizzazione buona, l’unico disturbo possono esser le campane della chiesa vicino, colazione buona e ben curata, magari l’unica nota son le dotazioni della stanza che potrebbero esser un filo più abbondanti.

Splendido hotel in un piccolo borgo sulle colline toscane. Con mio marito abbiamo soggiornato il week end, siamo stati accolti da personale molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo cordiale che ci ha immediatamente fatto sentire come a casa, Cristina ci ha gentilmente informati sui servizi offerti dall’hotel, SPA e piscina da noi poi utilizzati con prenotazione. Stanza superiore alle aspettative, trattamento con colazione inclusa che ci ha pienamente soddisfatti e nota non da poco personale con caratteristica non scontata: la simpatia, insomma tutto perfetto. Super consigliato

The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and centrally located. The external cafe bar was a lovely way to end a long day’s sightseeing. It would have been perfect if it stayed open later than 7.30. Staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Maria Angelina. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The wine was delicious and typically a high standard one would expect in the Chianti area. All in all a very pleasant introduction to Tuscany and the Chianti route.
