Essendo sempre stati avvicinati in tedesco (anche se eravamo in Italia), siamo stati accolti ancora una volta dal direttore del ristorante in tedesco. Ho risposto in italiano. Nonostante ciò, ci hanno parlato di nuovo in tedesco. Ho chiesto perché fossimo stati avvicinati in tedesco quando rispondevamo in italiano. Quando ci hanno chiesto se avremmo preferito parlare italiano, ho risposto che si. Ma quel direttore ha ricominciato a parlarci in tedesco! Mi sono lamentato. Abbiamo chiesto di sederci fuori, ma non era possibile. Quando poi ci hanno chiesto se forse più tardi si sarebbe liberato un tavolo. È diventato ovvio che le coppie arrivate dopo di noi che avevano richiesto la stessa cosa avevano avuto la possibilità di scegliere, ma noi no. Abbiamo pensato che fosse stato chiaramente fatto apposta per "punirci". Non è stata una bella sensazione… Comportamento davvero pessimo e triste da parte di questo direttore del ristorante. Il resto del personale è stato in realtà molto gentile (e sì, ci ha parlato in italiano! ;)

Pro: tutto il personale disponibile, cortese e attento. Camera spaziosissima, pulita, accogliente. Colazione con assortimento vario, il cibo veniva riassortito continuamente. Contro: assenza di bidet in camera. Acqua e ambiente della piscina, fredda. Pulizia della camera a volte fatta di pomeriggio. Tutto sommato, ci siamo trovati bene e ritorneremo sicuramente.

Gediegenes Erstklasshotel mit feinster Küche
Luxuriöses Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Küche und erstklassigem, sehr freundlichem Service mit Naturpool und Spa. Moderne, geräumige Zimmer, schöner Garten. Trotz direkter Lage an der Hauptstrasse nachts ruhig. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Bel hôtel avec de belles prestations, dommage que certaines personnes du service de restauration parlent au clients sur un ton un peu trop déplacer. Je ne suis pas Allemand et après des années de voyages dans le monde je n'ai jamais entendu quelqu'un parler de la telle sorte à un client...

Sehr gelungener und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Rössl und wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient und als Gast wahrgenommen. Super mehrtägige Menüs haben kulinarisch den Aufenthalt sehr positiv abgerundet. Vielen Dank dem Team Rössl. Einzig die sehr hohen Temperaturen im Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage haben uns in der Nacht zu schaffen gemacht.

Our little pearl
I have 50-100 hotel nights a year at various locations, but even after visiting Rössl on the third year, this hotel still impresses me.
Quiet location with a beautiful mountain scenary, great food and amazing service by the staff.
Can only recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay at The Hotel Rössl!
The valley that Hotel Rössl is located in is simply beautiful. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent! Our room felt like two separate rooms. Beautiful views too!! It was clean, comfortable and resort-like. Very impressed. I cannot imagine anyone knocking a place like this. Staff were super friendly.
