I had the most amazing time here! The staff from the minute you walk through the doors are so very friendly and just the most beautiful kind of people, we got a welcome drink on arrival, our suitcases brought to our rooms and a good stocked mini bar in our room. We had a swim up room which was great to chill in. Around the poolsides there was never a shortage of beds, drinks reasonable too. The beach which is attached the hotel was gorgeous. The food was very varied, so much choice. Cabo Verde, you have my heart. No stress!

Hotel is lovely and very clean. Found all staff to be very helpful and attentive. Food is well presented but is very repetitive. The Big let down is the amount of cigarette smokers around the pool area. Its like going back in time, if you are a non smoker this is very off putting and for this reason alone I would not return.

Bon hôtel, mais pas un Palace, - cafard dans la chambre; - oubli de serviettes dans la salle de bains - buffet varié, mais peu qualitatif. - Personnel vous saluant spontanément; - grande chambre, avec frigo rempli de soda et également distributeur d'alcool - Bonne literie. This hotel was fantastic, from the second we arrived we were greeted with drinks and a very warm welcome. We felt from the second we arrived the staff could not do enough for you to make the stay as perfect as possible. The rooms we had were spotless and had everything we needed including the fantastic in room FREE mini bar. The swimming pools and slides were amazing for the kids and were so easy to enjoy. Unlike other places we have been where you queue for ages to get on here you can just keep going and going. The food was everything we needed, an abundance of choice meaning even the fussiest eater will find something here to enjoy. We tend to not return to quickly to a destination/hotel we have been to but this time we have already rebooked and will be returning in January 2025! We cannot wait to return to this beautiful hotel and instantly feel that sense of relaxation we got from the second we arrived.

The hotel was magnificent it was a very peaceful and relaxing weeks holiday the food was amazing the selection was incredible the entertainment was excellent at night the food was excellent very good selection all day the staff was also excellent

I don’t have much to say other than this place is absolutely beautiful. It was the best ten days holiday I ever had. No faults at all. Would highly recommend this hotel. The beach is soft golden sand that you can walk straight onto from the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds.

What an amazing place, loved every minute of our 2 weeks stay, our room was clean and kept clean by our lovely maid. Drinks in our fridge topped up every 2nd day which was fine with us, staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Food at this hotel was OUTSTANDING! fresh, tasty, hot and so much choice. We spent our time on the beach, lovely long beach, we walked this beach every morning so peaceful. Ty Riu palace for a lovely holiday see you again next year.(already booked) Keep up the good work xx

Been here 12 times over the past 4 years either as 2 adults or family with pre-teen. Can't fault the hotel staff, cleanliness, food, beach, pools etc. The only gripe I have is that for a relatively small hotel (500 rooms), it advertises itself as good for families, but in reality there is still not enough for the huge amount of 10-16 year olds who were there this year during the school holidays. Also, it would be good if the pool staff would stop people from reserving a lot of sunbeds for the whole day only to either go to the beach or out for the day then maybe use them for an hour or two later in the day. We have never seen this in such large numbers at this hotel before but this year it was difficult even at 9am to get sunbeds as there were so many already taken. Maybe no reservations before 8am unless you're actually using them. Stickers could be put on beds with time and if still unused later in the morning, then towels removed so others can use them. Never had this here before and not something I would want to do on my holidays.
