I rated this hotel a little low because of an issue that has to do with invasion of privacy. I took the elevator to my room with my child and wife because my wife came to pick up some of Chile’s luggage. As soon as I walked into the room the phone was ringing. I didn’t answer it thinking that we are going downstairs and I will check with the front desk. Within minutes we went downstairs and I went straight to the front desk and asked the hotel staff if they called my room and they said yes. They wanted to verify the identity of my wife. I told them that was not needed and it’s an invasion of privacy. I found their behavior to be unacceptable at all. It’s unneeded since she wasn’t staying in the room and she walked up to the room with me and with our child.

Everything in the room was either broken or falling off. Clean room and spacious. First they were supposed to put me in the 16th floor then something happened and took me down to the crappy broken room 6/7 floors down.

Strong points: Magnificent hotel. Heartwarming welcome. I have been a customer, myself, my family and my friends for several months. I thank all the Fitness (kawtar), and Spa (najat and rabha) staff and also the administration (Nawal and fatima-zahra) for their pleasant hospitality. Weak points: Coach Khadija was my coach for several years, she is one of the most successful and professional bodybuilding coaches in Rabat, unfortunately she is no longer in this hotel ☹️. Unfortunately, I have requested a meeting with the hotel manager several times over the past month, without any response! During Ramadan, I made a reservation with my family for the rest of the hotel (legend). Unfortunately, there is a great lack of information. When I called to reserve they said that the places are without reservations and the first to arrive takes the place they want. But unfortunately when we arrived we found all the good seats reserved and the restaurant imposed on us the place they wanted.

Nice hotel and nice room. Very friendly check in which was also very efficient. Room was very nice - great comfy bed, spacious wardrobes and desk space. Bathroom very nice with nice rain and hand held shower options. Seating area also within shower enclosure. Bathrobes and towels a plenty. Room service very limited options and breakfast was also underwhelming / there is an egg station, hot local food options and cold meat cuts and salads and breads. No real international options available at breakfast. Housekeeping very efficient and did a great job. Hotel in good location for food options available around. Nice bar on 14th floor. Would have been five stars if a better breakfast/room service options.

Excellent hotel that I highly recommend!! Warm welcome, very professional and helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness and diverse and refined catering. Also, a big favorite for the location which is located in one of the most chic and modern areas of Rabat where the best brands are next to each other and security is always there.

My stay at The View Hotel was disappointing. My wedding ring fell under the slats at the bar, creating a stressful problem. Despite my repeated calls and contact with Yliass, a manager, no concrete action has been taken. The situation remains unresolved, leaving a negative impression on customer service and problem handling.

The View hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect . The service was impeccable , the staff was friendly and attentive , and the breathtaking scenery truly lived up to its name . A remarkable experience that I would highly recommend it !
