超級差勁！！帶着客人所有行程都安排好了，突然臨時強行通知我們沒房間了，給我們換到別的酒店？？！！酒店經理還強詞奪理，説我提前一天就嘗試聯繫你們了，沒經過我們同意的情況下就把我們換走，真的是氣死！！
雖然換的酒店還行，但是非常丟人，給客人的感覺非常不好，太過分了，這種基礎的統籌都做不好，商務旅行非常不推薦

The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

The hotel is an old building. Probably refurbished. You can take a closer look at the murals on the walls. There is a road at the entrance of the hotel, so it is not convenient to get on and off the car.

This is an "old-style", classic hotel. We were welcomed with mint tea and pastries. We spent two nights in room 124. The room was large with storage space, sitting space, and a king size bed. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Unfortunately, the hotel still uses small plastic bottles for body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion instead of refillable pumps on the wall which would reduce waste. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff was friendly. There was a large breakfast buffet with many choices. We had dinner in one of the restaurants, and it was delicious with a salad, mixed grill, and a chocolate dessert.

Had a good stay and workshop. Staff are generally friendly and always helpful. Thanks to Dikla, Layla, Adil and Ouijdane for amazing support throughout. There was some renovation works but the hotel did their best to make the stay comfortable. Lunch was always delicious with different options everyday but breakfast was rather repetitive everyday.
