設施服務是極差的，酒店門口有停車位但不能停車，要停酒店後面，並沒有指引在哪停車，非要下車問一下前台才知道。我説訂了雙人房，先是訂了一天，然後跟前台説要住很多天，後天一天一天續。結果第二天早上跟我説房間訂滿了，我這個雙人間衹能退房，當時前台得態度就是不可能給我續了，並沒有去溝通協調。跟我説衹能退房。設施也是差，停車場裏酒店電梯口有幾十米遠，酒店沒有小推車，東西的多的話要搬幾趟。房間裏面，洗手池沒用之前就是堵的。（那也要洗頭啊，滿了正好給他們看看），我今天上午出去了一趟就掃了一下停車券碼，上面顯示有效使用的24h，然後問中午退房的時候出去，根本出不去，要付錢，得回來再掃一次。這個設定是有毛病吧，正常人都會覺得未來一天進出都是免費的，酒店跟我説是掃完24h內離場是免費的。太逆天了。你們不會告知一下嗎，出一次掃一下。還和我説酒店停車場就是這樣的。死不承認自己服務不行。去了別的酒店就不是這個樣子。
