The staff were very good at reception. One order from the kitchen was omitted but it was a new guy. The reception quickly fixed it up and gave complimentary food so it was very nice of them. Fast to respond.
Rooms are gorgeous and quite cheap so I’d recommend it to anyone

This hotel is absolutely amazing! It’s the perfect spot for families — safe, clean, and full of fun activities for all ages. From ziplining, mountain biking, and quad biking to the mountain coaster and tubing, there’s never a dull moment. The rooms are spotless and super comfortable, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean with all the amenities provided. Breakfast is delicious and always hits the spot. Best of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I myself did quad biking (the one for kids) and truly enjoyed it!!!

Нам не понравилось обслуживающий персонал на информационной. По приезду в отель мы решили зайти в информационный центр, чтобы узнать цены на аттракционы и были крайне недовольны результатом. На кассе были двое девушек, которые не знают русского языка. Мы попросили того, кто понимает по русски и разбирается в ценах. Девушки на кассе сказали нам связаться с Назимом, который даст нам информацию,но он так и не пришел. Ждали десять минут и только потом к нам отправили агента, который смог дать нам информацию. Поставила бы ноль звёзд, если было бы такое, но ставлю одну звезду из-за доброты и гостепреимности Айгюна

Zirve hotel (rated 3 stars) should be rated 4.5 stars based on our experiences and our recent stay. We had a superb stay during our recent trip top Shahdag for one night and we surely felt we should have stayed one more night to explore the beautiful Shahdag. The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, modern and with full amenities. No complaints. Thanks to the front desk staff who helped us in all possible ways positively. We did not select breakfast so no words for that. The tourist information center is located right outside the hotel from where all the activities begin. Also, behind the hotel is a promenade where there are multiple options for food available. Highly recommended.

Good location all activites available at walking distance.. lots of food options too.
Property is decent. But service can be improved a lot and breakfast options too. Good option to book of you are getting a deal around 100-120 $.. don't expect much in terms of in house service or amenities

We went for the winter activities. There was a variety of activities to be done, a store to rent for skiing and to buy any necessities. Prices were reasonable and affordable. Multiple snack stands/bars. There is also professional photographers. A must to visit when in Shahdag.
