服務：還行，服務員態度很好，但是好像不熟悉業務，每個人對酒店政策的解讀都不一樣，給顧客造成了疑惑，有一點點不舒服，總的來説，酒店還是很講信用的。希望以後服務員都能對業務多熟練，因為你們是維繫酒店和顧客的橋樑，如果你們的工作不清楚，會給雙方帶來困擾好不必要的麻煩。
