Neemrana's Three Waters

The property is so beautiful & the food was sooo delicious. We ordered Thai red curry and lemon garlic calamari. It was magic. The staff was so sweet. Would love to back only to meet them again & for the food definitely. The chef even helped us choose what will go better with our cravings, it was such a personal experience

Very comfortable stay in serene and stunning surroundings. Blends respectfully in with fishing village. Great staff and services. Good beaches close by. Excellent value for money. Rare find in a Goa more and more overwhelmed by mass tourism.

Everyone was hospitable and accommodated to my needs even pre-arriving at the hotel. I was able to get an early check-in as I arrived around 7am. The room was modest, clean and comfortable with spectacular views with the sea. What made my trip memorable was booking the coach/taxi with our driver, Yawar, who helped us with many requests such as getting errands and he took us to scenic places we wouldn’t have known about in South Goa. Made-to-order breakfasts were provided – which you get to eat whilst looking out into the waters. Neemrana is located close to Betul fort which you can walk to in the morning – a lovely 5-10min stroll with beautiful sights of the sea to one side and extremely tall coconut trees to the left. We saw herons and monkeys during our stay. Even though the path was littered with bits of trash coming from the sea, this didn’t take away the beauty of the place. An advice though – the location is a little more remote from the main eating/shopping area. Booking taxis back to Betul may be more involved, but this is mitigated if you wouldn’t mind paying a little more for the taxi service with Neemrana directly.

Very peaceful environment , all the staff are very polite and friendly rooms are very clean ...😊morning breakfast was delicious food quality is very good ... they provide bicycle for short trip and also fishing rod for the fishing and these activity are absolutely for free they have swimming pool. Only one suggestion i would like to give them that they should start spa also for relaxation.. love to visit again ..and I will highly recommend this property ..

Thank you to the whole team for a most pleasant and memorabie stay! Everything was pitch perfect: a lovely room with a stunning view, most attentive service, interesting conversation, delicious food. We absolutely loved to stroll around Betul Fort, watching the tide, the boats and the birds. Even a dolphin swam up! We shall be back soon.

Neemrana’s Three Waters is a peaceful heritage villa in Betul, South Goa, where the Sal River meets the Arabian Sea.
