Fantastic hotel, breakfast, gym and spa. Everything was great condition. The room smelled amazing. All shower gels etc were great quality. The service was very friendly.

Cálido, muy buen nivel de confort y muy buena calidad de los alimentos. La habitación muy amplia con una muy buena luz durante el día. El trato de su personal fue muy amable y cortés durante toda la estadía. Si bien el nivel de la ocupación era alto los espacios nunca los sentí saturados.

Mala atención , l una respuesta su tarifa empresarial es barata y por eso no le damos ahora sobres de café y cafetera ! Cuando siempre dieron ! Me parece de servicio precario ! Si tienen tarifas mejores y se consideran mejores x lo menos extractor de olores en la cafetería

On arrival, the reception staff were very welcoming, helpful and professional. The room was excellent - spacious and plenty room for team meetings. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel was exceptional. The "Egg Chef" was first class - no complaints whatsoever. Dinner was well prepared and presented. The only area needing some attention, was the shower in the room - it could be doing with upgrading but that apart, great place to stay in Quito.
