​My brother and I just concluded a stay at the JW Marriott Quito, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. ​Our journey had us arriving at the hotel at 2:00 AM last Thursday, an hour when you might expect service to be strained. Instead, we were greeted with the most exceptional professionalism and warmth. This incredible first impression set the standard for our entire visit, and that high level of service never wavered, continuing right through our departure today, Sunday, at 11:00 AM. ​Every single staff member we encountered was wonderful, from the housekeeping team to the entire front desk staff, who were always efficient and courteous. ​However, I must give a special and heartfelt thank you to the members of the Club Lounge team who truly went above and beyond. Sandy Arias, Henry Sarsoza, and Jonathan provided the most attentive and genuine service for my brother and me during breakfast each morning. Noe and Franklin were also incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Their collective kindness and commitment to ensuring we had a perfect start to our day were remarkable and deeply appreciated. ​Thank you to the entire team for a truly five-star stay. We will most certainly be returning.
