I had to go back because the hotel name was different from the one I booked. It was inconvenient because it was far from Centro, but it wasn't that far.

I have traveled to so many countries and stayed in so many hotels, but I have never encountered such a bad hotel. The attitude is very bad, which can be described as bad. I put the power bank at the front desk and forgot to take it. After just one minute, I went back to get it. , you know what he said, he said no, he didn’t see it, I said I was talking to you just a minute ago, you can adjust the monitoring, but he ignored you at all, and even threatened to report us to the immigration police for messing around. 👮♀️, and the door will not be opened for you, just to bully you for not being a local!

Horrible rooms and they are either facing the heavy trafficked road or are claustrophbically small (and are still noisy!) Uncosy atmosphere. Tiny breakfast. The staff showed a complete lack of service!

The hotel is in a great location, it is only a 2 minute walk to get to Plaza Grande in the old town. Everywhere is accessible by foot. The 2 guys that work at reception are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the shower great. However I booked a room with air con and a safe, the room did not have either. It seemed that the rooms were all the same so I presume that the information on *********** is incorrect. The room does not have a window so it is very stuffy and hot with no ventilation. It also said at the time of booking that I pay on arrival and cards are accepted. However they did not want to accept a card and kept saying that the machine would not accept the transaction. Other guests reported the same thing. The walls are also very thin, the people in the room next to us were so noisy, the room shook when they were running around their room and you could hear every word of their conversation. Thankfully on my last night they had left and it was very quiet. Guess it is just the luck of how loud people want to be who are in the adjoining rooms. Breakfast was not to my taste but scrambled egg and a bread roll seems to be what is served everywhere in Ecuador, so if you are happy with that then you will be fine. I am not sure I would stay here again, however the location is a real bonus.

When we arrived at the hotel from a long flight in the early hours of the morning, they greeted us at the door and did not allow us to enter. They said we were in another hotel in their line, even though I showed the reservation and confirmed the reservation earlier that day via message. We were moved at dawn to another hotel without any explanation. Absurd! A danger! Total disregard. The next day I had to fight to get us back to the correct hotel. They didn't even want to pay for the taxi to take us to the right place. Furthermore, we spent 5 days without cleaning the room. I did all the towel changes and trash removal myself, as I couldn't wait any longer. I left the room key when I left in the morning and when I returned, the room was still not cleaned. Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Sad experience with this hotel, both in terms of accommodation and breakfast, without forgetting payment in cash immediately upon arrival. This makes it much easier not to reimburse a cancellation made on time. I absolutely advise against it. Sad Experience.

We made the reservation via booking more than a month ago, noting that my mother uses a wheelchair, we arrived today, August 14, and we did not have a room because they told us that they had a problem with a pipe (even though they had my phone number, They never told me that we would not have a room), we had to find out when we arrived at the hotel, they moved us to another hotel of the same chain, located 15 minutes from the square, the fact that we had booked close to the square was due to the issue of visiting everything with my mother's wheelchair, the location of her other hotel was very far away and on top of that we had to climb several stairs to access the same hotel. We spent 1 hour and a half on this problem, and the guy at the reception (with very little judgment) wanted to put the responsibility on me, for having chosen the second hotel (it was the only solution they gave us), at that moment when I told him We had been walking for more than an hour with a woman in a wheelchair, tired from a flight, almost 80 years old, and with no hope of a solution, so she told me that the only alternative was to refund us what we had already paid. When I realized that it was in vain to talk to someone so stupid and with so little judgment, we decided to receive the refund and look for another hotel that in the long run cost us 3 times more than the budget we had. Then Administrator David contacted us saying that he was very sorry, that he regretted the situation, that they were going to respond for what was spent, but in truth there was never a serious statement, or anything for what was spent, even though I sent him the amount paid from the other hotel - problem generated by themselves. In truth, we leave with the bad taste that this hotel never gave us good treatment, they did not take care of my mother's physical condition, nor did they care about our request or need. Refunding the money is not the fact, they simply did not care about the lost time, nor about all the physical wear and tear they caused my mother. Never again with this hotel.

La ubicación genial! Está dentro del centro histórico de Quito por lo que es muy fácil visitar y encontrar a pocos metros iglesias, museos, plazas, etc. El hotel es muy lindo y tuve limpieza cada día. El personal del hotel fue muy cálido y amable para cualquier requerimiento que tuve. Lo recomiendo mucho!
