Wasn't very impressed with the place. The people were nice, but it was always hard to find someone at the desk. They were just never at the desk and even calling out for them didn't bring anyone.
Especially frustrating was the fact that my mother was very ill and needed the elevator so I specifically asked at checkin about their elevator and was told they had one and there was no problem. The next morning I find it in pieces in the hallway at breakfast and am told it's a planned maintenance. Won't be fixed that day. I had to call my aunt from an hour away to come and help me get my mom down the stairs for her medical appointment, and it worsened her a lot with the pulling and trying to walk and hold on to the rail. She barely got to the ground floor. I don't care about maintenance but if I specifically ask about the elevator you should warn people.
It was average otherwise. I'd give it 3 stars for how nice it was but it is in a good location.

After a long day of working & driving, was turned away even with confirmation of booking. No room available when I arrived. Poor communication & service from staff. I have stayed here many of times, never again after my experience.

Staff was not welcoming to our group. Would not recommend this hotel if you would like to use any of the public areas on the grounds. Cops were called twice on groups at the hotel in one day for trivial reasons.

This hotel is just average. I felt for the price paid it was under par. Weekend rates are high for the value. Even weekday rates are not the best. The breakfast wasn't worth the stop. We found breakfast someplace else. Upon our early arrival in town we stopped in just to say hello to the staff and let them know we were there. This was two ours before the 3 o'clock check-in time which we were aware of but the people at the front desk acted as though we were demanding a check in immediately. Practically chasing us out with a boom. lol. If we have to occasion to stay in Quincy again we will be searching for other accommodations.

We had a great night here. We stayed in the family room with the bunk beds and our kids loved it. The whole place has a cute lodge theme and the pool was very nice. All the staff was very helpful and kind.

I stayed at this property a couple weeks ago and I had an excellent room and excellent service. The property was clean then and everything went well.
I returned for another multiple day stay and it was very different. Food and debris all over the carpeted stairs leading to the rooms. No one vacuumed or cleaned up for 2 days. They could not get the card reader to work so they ran my credit card multiple times. I had to call the credit card company to dispute multiple charges that showed up as pending. My room was lacking towels and the comforter had stains. I used my own blanket. The TV did not work. I had them change the batteries in the remote and it worked for 6 hours then quit again so I did not have a TV for the rest of my stay. The doors on the trash area outside, on the front and side of the hotel, were always left open and you could see trash lying everywhere. Just not a good stay this time. Would not recommend and will not be going back next time.
