I want to say our experience was one of the absolute best I have had at any hotel and with any hospitality worker. We got in around 9pm last night and the Front Desk personnel Lindsey (not sure if it’s the right spelling as we were exhausted last night and asked for her name this morning) was so helpful, kind, and energetic. She helped us find a room to meet our families needs and even helped get us a few things we forgot to grab. I wish I could share with you all how awesome this woman was but I know my words can’t express it adequately. I have worked 15+ years in hospitality and retail mostly in management positions and if my employees could have been even half as good as Lindsey was I would have had a phenomenal team. Breakfast was also delicious and broad variety. We all got our fill and enjoyed it. Place was clean. But seriously I’m hoping I get the email to leave an awesome review with Marriott themselves because Lindsey was amazing and made a rough trip so much easier.
