The room was very nice and the location is not far from downtown Quincy, very convenient. It is a good choice for travel and vacation.
The room is very big. I booked a room with two beds. The bed is very big and comfortable, so two adults and two children can stay. The breakfast is also delicious. It will be my first choice next time.

Not enough hot breakfast food for everyone. No shower water pressure. Staff don’t acknowledge you even when you’re standing in front of them.

The customer service was excellent. From the girls at the desk to the girls cleaning the room . Chefs kiss . This was not the Hilton by any means , but the customer service surpassed them by far . We checked in after midnight n after a long day of traveling. From the time we arrived till we were in that clean bed was less then 20 mins . They were clean, the bed was super comfortable, breakfast past the test of the kiddos and hubby . I would definitely stay again .
