Un hermoso hotel que se mimetiza armoniosamente con el paisaje: casonas de techos altos, maderas coloridas, largos corredores que juegan con la luz y las plantaciones quindianas de café; Allí la tranquilidad, el paisaje, la atención y la tibieza del clima perfecto permiten una temporada perfecta. Las habitaciones aunque ligeramente oscuras, son cómodas, acogedoras e impecables con un servicio diario excelente. Un muy buen hotel en medio de un paraíso. Sus cafés de tarde son deliciosos.

La tranquilidad, el paisaje, la atención es muy buena. Las habitaciones aunque ligeramente oscuras, son cómodas, acogedoras e impecables. El hotel armoniza con el paisaje y su construcción local de casonas campesinas, techos altos y puertas de madera. Un muy buen hotel en medio de un paraíso

Amabilidad del personal espectacular. Comida excelente mucha variedad. Instalaciones cómodas. Servicio de spa los masajes súper recomendados. Seguridad, tranquilidad. Lo único es hacer q se cumplan protocolos de vestimenta para el comedor... era desagradable ver algunas mujeres semidesnudas y los hombres sin camisa.

El aseo es espectacular! La atención impecable y el descanso es garantizado. Mi hotel favorito en el eje cafetero. Hotel familiar ideal para descansar y disfrutar el eje cafetero. Tienen convenio con el hotel Decameron panaca donde se puede acceder sin costo adicional

Excelente lugar para disfrutar con muy buena atención excelente comida , snack y bebidas las habitaciones completas TV duchas con agua fria y caliente secador de cabello recomendado y facilidades de hacer tours en el municipio y actividades dentro del mismo hotel todos los días.

Fue una experiencia fantástica de descanso y recreación, tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de ambos hoteles (Decamerón Heliconias y Panaca) al mismo precio, con previa reserva. Los traslados, comidas, habitaciones, bebidas y shows fueron excelentes. Lo recomendamos 100%. Además hay sitios turísticos muy cerca del hotel.

Me paso algo que jamas nos habia sucedido en otro Decameron. Fuimos informados que a pesar de llegar a las 12m NO podiamos usar los servicios del hotel sino hasta despues de 2:30pm. Quedamos sin almuerzo y esperando mas de 2h para ingresar.
