The balcony has a great view, there is a seawater swimming pool, and room service is available 24 hours a day. There is a free public parking area outside the hotel. The front desk speaks very good English and introduces it in detail. Except for the price, there is no other problem.

Brunch incroyable avec une vue splendide sur la mer, les produits sont de qualités, le personnel est agréable et souriant. Clin d'oeil à Carlo et Théo qui ont été très sympathique avec nous ! Cela vaut sont prix, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Quand je pense que S.Bazin patron d’Accor veut s’en défaire ! Quelle erreur monumentale ce serait ! Outre l’emplacement, ce Sofitel a sans aucun doute le personnel le plus dévoué et le plus aimable qui soit ! En salle merci à Véronique, Yannick, Guy et les autres ; en chambre, à toutes ces dames qui travaillent avec toujours le même sourire et la même prévenance. Alors oui peut-être que l’établissement nécessite quelques travaux et encore… si c’est pour y perdre la richesse de ses collaborateurs surtout ne touchez rien !!!!

Merci pour cette semaine entre parenthèse. La fraîcheur matinale et le manque de soleil ont été compensés en ce mois de février par la gentillesse des ambassadeurs que ce soit au restaurant ou en thalassothérapie. Oui il faudrait un coup de fraîcheur sur cet hôtel qui est à vendre mais c'est acceptable, plus que certains commentaires désagréables et intransigeants. Le restaurant à du choix à la carte ainsi qu'au menu qui change tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est magnifiiique. Merci beaucoup

Quel gâchis ! Une si belle vue avec un hôtel qui ne mérite en rien son 5 étoiles ! Une chambre minuscule passe encore mais avec des meubles abîmés Une vasque cassée et un sol en parquet abîmé également ! La thalasso est vieillissante et du coup peu agréable si ce n'est cette vue magnifique. Devoir passer la tête sous l'eau pour aller dans le jaccuzi extérieur c'est moyen....le hamam n'était pas très chaud non plus....Seul moment agréable le petit déjeuner ou le personnel est super souriant et agréable merci à vous. Mme la directrice ne nous proposez pas une 2eme chance nous ne reviendrons jamais dans votre établissement.

Sofitel ancien , chambre sans clim inconfortable
C’est un beau centre de thalasso , mais le sofitel n’est pas au niveau . Établissement ancien , sans clim . Pendant 6 jours nous nous sommes plein des 26 degrés dans la chambre .( éviter la chambre 46 , c’est un enfer ) . Obligé de se le er la nuit pour ouvrir la fenêtre au RDC pour faire entrer de l’air frais ( le 30 octobre ) . Le personne le n’a réussi qu’à nous dire je comprends , mais aucune solution .
