Worst service i ever had in my history of hotel stay.
One Lift not working while other one not working properly u have to wait for about 30 minutes.lack of manpower as u need to wait for another 30 minutes just for the room check as u check out.
Towels and bedsheets are old stocks ,and didnt even put some fabric conditioner,no heater for the shower,remote controls doesnt work.(batteries not working).there are mosquitoes and cockroaches.
This place badly needs improvement….
