I've stayed here a few times and it's always clean.
The air conditioning was hard to control so I ended up catching a cold.
The hot water in the shower worked fine.

The location was good since it was very accessible to the mall. The room was quite small than I expected but was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was so-so.
