People try to be kind, but their skills don't keep up, so I feel inadequate. There is not a single non-smoking room, and there is not a single room with a window, so what is the difference between a room with the phrase "no window" and a room without a window? I went there on the first day and slept wearing a mask. I couldn't sleep even for a minute because of the smell of cigarettes, and I woke up at dawn. I changed rooms to try to hold out somehow because they refused to refund, but now I have to go to the counter and ask them to open the door. So I changed again, and this time the toilet got clogged. I unclogged it. The next day, it got clogged right away. The bathroom smelled so bad that I asked to change rooms again, but they told me to contact Triple.com. So I asked for a refund, but the negotiations with the accommodation didn't go well, so I couldn't get a refund or change my schedule. In the end, I stayed at a different hotel for 3 out of 6 nights. Oh, I'm so pissed. I even lost a T-shirt because I changed rooms so many times.
