We were thankful that we got the room during a rainy day. But the room smells, because of the previous guest. Towels and blankets are old. They need to replace them. But the supervisor is very accomodating.

Pros: The room is big enough, the mattress is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool enough, the service staff is very friendly, and they will come immediately when you notify them to do housekeeping. The location is good, there is a large shopping mall opposite, and Jolibee is downstairs.
Cons: There are cockroaches in the room. There was no hot water in the first few days, and the water may be hot after it is repaired. The room is not soundproof enough. There is a construction site next to the hotel, which is noisy.
