The front desk lady is not friendly but manageable naman. there are rooms where wifi connection is weak so if you need internet connection ask the frontdesk to give you rooms near the wifi router.

This is by far the worst place we have experienced thus far. We chose this place because of the balcony and the reasonable price. We didn’t even last 2 hours in this place. The balcony had a used syringe on the floor along with cigarette butts, and just flat-out disgusting. The bed had ants and the bathroom sink was leaking (photos uploaded)
Although this was a non-refundable booking, we cancelled and asked for a refund but the hotel didn’t budge. Trip.com should do better in handling situations like this and covering the refund because this place is just inhabitable, in my opinion.

A toothbrush and shampoo were provided only upon check-in. For the next 4 nights, the room was not cleaned. Disappointed. The location is not very good, there are many car shops and roosters nearby.
