I had no problems staying there.
The security at the front desk and entrance is 24 hours a day.
It's connected to a shopping mall, so it's pretty strong.
There's no problem with food or massages.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and they had Japanese food.
If I had to say one thing, I'd say two things.
It's a common thing in overseas hotels, but if you're not careful in the shower room, water will leak all the way to the sink and toilet.

This was my second or third time staying at this hotel. I chose this location because it's attached to the Robinson's mall. I can easily find food at night, and wander around in case I get bored during my free time. It's also walking distance to the SM mall, although you might have to walk through some smaller streets. You can pretty much walk around the hotel as well. The room is clean. Love the big bed. Aircond is very cold. Bathroom lighting is perfect. The only thing I did not like was the shower area. Water spills easily onto the toilet/ sink area. Love the breakfast place and selections too. I have never used the pool before, but the gym is basically Anytime Fitness, which you can access as hotel guests.

Everything is good, including the room, breakfast, in room dining, service etc, the only problem is the water is not hot enough for taking a bath.
