Quiero recomendar , el servicio, de muy buena calidad todo me pareció de 5 estrellas , especial para la familia muchas cosas para que la familia se divierta , los empleados muy amables , no se quiere salir uno del otel y regresar ala casa .

I was here for 1 night during my visit to the Quetzaltenango, Guatemala area. This place is very hard to find, especially at night. Luckily, the receptionist had not fallen asleep and was able to answer the phone at 11PM to open the door. The rooms are very small, but cozy and well-laid out. The people at the facility are friendly, and their breakfast food is very tasty. The hot water took a long time to arrive at the shower, but the facilities were great. I loved how breakfast was very scientifically delivered to the room. The prices are a tad on the high side, given the limited facilities available at the place, but the place is a wonderful location to get a good night's sleep before and after the day's adventures. I STRONGLY recommend this place to anybody in the area looking for a home away from home when visiting the Quetzaltenango, Guatemala area and the myriad of wonderful sights the place has to offer.

It was a nice little place. It was clean and people were nice. The only problem I had was getting out early in the morning and getting in late at night. They close the door at 8pm and I think they open at 7am, but then again it makes it safer too. Also I didn't realized they close during lunch so we had a hard time getting in at midday one day and had to wait. We were in a hurry to go to my mother's funeral, so i wasn't very pleased.
