Quetta Serena Hotel delivers an exceptional experience, combining luxury with outstanding service. The nicely designed and comfortably furnished rooms, stunning views, and amazingly delicious food are perfect for all palates. At the same time, the attentive and friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. The staff's efficiency is remarkable, handling every request promptly and with outstanding professionalism. The staff is warm and attentive, making every stay memorable. Serena is a Great Place to Live in Quetta with a great ambiance and environment. Safe and Clean. Overall the breakfast is great. Staff attitude is very great and professional. Rooms Quality is good and housekeeping is standard enough. Highly Recommended

Rooms are not equiped wll with the right technology to maintian tempreture, AC vents are too noisy and smelly and even not maintained properly most of the time start dropping water. i have been visiting this place for last 3 years this option provide you security only not a quality stay.

One of the worst services witnessed. No proper mechanism of complaints handling. Worst experience ever. Plz have some guests courtesy because we pay a lot for the services. Smelly rooms and washrooms had the worst smell. When we went to the reception, there was no one to entertain. I'm in the morning when we again made a verbal complaint to request to shift the rooms but they denied rudely and said if you want to change you can pay and get better room. What a problem solving approach by serena quetta.

Wonderful Experience. Pleasant, elegant with great service. We had a business meeting and it was such a great experience as the staff was friendly and professional. The food was awesome and the environment was superb. I would definitely like to come here again and again.
