El hotel estaba sucio en general. Descuidado, las camas sin tender y sábanas sucias. Los muebles feos, viejos y llenos de polvo. No servía el seguro de la puerta., habitación obscura y con olor a humedad. Pésima atención y actitud de la recepción, no servia la terminal y nos hicieron ir a sacar dinero para pagar en efectivo. Las fotos son muy diferentes de la realidad. No regresamos ni lo recomendamos.

Hotel is in a great location, quite and staff are awesome. El hotel está en el centro histórico, los alrededores muy seguros, el personal súper amables. Puedes caminar a restaurantes, bares y cafés. Hay una tiendita a 200 metros a la izquierda.

Booked a room based upon photos showing multi level rooms. Mar, the receptionist escorted us to the room. Turned out bed was on 3rd level and too high for us. Mar immediately showed us a single level room that met our needs. We grabbed it. She also recommended a restaurant that turned out to be outstanding, and allowed us to cancel our stay early due to minor illness. Will returen

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en Meson de la Merced. Nosotros visitamos de San Miguel de Allende con familiares de Austin, TX. El patio con su fuente y sus naranjos te remite a Sevilla. El desayuno glorioso, Avocado Toast, French Toast, Fruta fresca y delicioso café. El personal no pudo ser mas amable. Lidia es un encanto. Altamente recomendable.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme una noche en este hotel y fue una de las estancias más relajantes y confortables que te tenido. La habitación es amplia y espaciosa, tiene un ambiente relajante y armonioso, además de unas instalaciones limpias, donde se nota el cuidado y preservación del ambiente y estilo colonial queretano. Cualquiera con una habitación con 2 camas de masaje dice que tiene un SPA, es un masaje CARO no un SPA, las instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento, ya por eso dicen que es Hotel Boutique. El paquete de SPA de parejas no incluye todo lo que dicen: 1) Impuntuales 2) Masaje de pies, es una exfoliación con agua fría 3) No hay ni donde te bañes 4) Te ofrecen un fondue y te dan una tabla de quesos En fin no vayan al SPA!!
