So if you don't speak Spanish, good luck with the staff. The phone system doesn't work. The kitchen is poorly designed as in the water from the faucet lands on the counter and the refridgerator is set to where one must squeeze between the open door and a protruding wall. What hotel does NOT have washcloths? While the staff is friendly, they are quite slow to respond to requests, if at all.

Nos hospedamos en Familia , por una semana , asistimos a un torneo nacional infantil de Beisbol. La pasamos excelentemente bien, las habitaciones amplias con cocineta equipada, el desayuno muy abundante y delicioso . Todo el personal muy amable , nos hicieron sentir en casa. Siempre estuvieron al pendiente de toda la Delegación de Nuevo Leon, en especial el Sr. Diego Lopez ,muy profesional desempeñando bien su puesto ,las atenciones del Sr. Lopez y todo su equipo supero mis expectativas . Un hotel super bien ubicado , cerca de Wall Mart y plazas comerciales !! Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!!

El personal trata de realizar su trabajo bien, al llegar para registrarnos nos dieron una habitación de nivel inferior a la que reserve, tuvimos que regresar a recepción para que la cambiaran, pero me dijeron que esperara 30 minutos. Como teníamos prisa solo nos cambiamos la ropa y nos fuimos. Al regresar ya nos habían asignado la otra habitación, pero había toallas, ni cobijas extras, cuando se reservó para 4 personas. Solicite las toallas y no habia, estaban secándose, la señorita de recepción muy atenta, disculpándose por los inconvenientes. Había cafetera, pero no café, solo vasos y agua. No regresamos nuevamente

Me agradó que la habitación cuenta con instalaciones para cocinar, la alberca muy limpia y templada.
No me agradó que la habitación se encontraba sucia, una cortina rota, pocos canales (quizá 4) de televisión disponibles y no tenían personal para atender los requerimientos de los huéspedes

En la habitación había palomitas en el suelo, lo que indica que no hubo una correcta limpieza después del huesped previo. Estuve en calcetines blancos y terminaron bastante sucios también.
