The hotel location is good , centralised and accessible by walking to all attractions in the city centre.

The team working at the property were very kind and professional. The hotel itself is VERY tired. Stained, ripped and dirty carpet throughout the building, like don’t take your shoes off dirty. Linens were clean but dingy and a “suite” means you get a coffee maker. Also, be aware of the bar downstairs on live music nights. Tough to get any rest before midnight. The location was good but I would book elsewhere if you are looking for a nice stay in the city. We left after one night.

Horrible. Rented view room over square. Church bells ringing, pounding, all night, every appx 30 min.. by 3 am they transferred me. They knew of problem - Had spoken to the church days earler i later learned, to no avail about the problem. Was indifferent to what a drag it was. Any hotel close to a 5 star, would have offered something. But I never asked. I was just glad to Check out.

The interior architecture of the hotel and the room had a colonial style. There is a very popular outside bar next to the hotel and there is a VIPS restaurant on the other side of the hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the charming and vibrant center of town. The church bells ringing at different times day and night, was an enhancement to the experience.

Very clean and helpful staff. Very central located, close to restaurants and little shops. Concierge met us upon arrival to help us with luggage. Hotel has AC and it was appreciated since weather was hot. Bottled water was provided daily. Room was large as well as restroom. Coffee pot provided. We also were welcomed with a bottle of wine and asked us to let them know when we needed cups to enjoy. Room was kept clean daily. Breakfast can be enjoyed there. Bar is also available on site. They helped us get a taxi scheduled for early departure to airport. Great stay.

The bell on the church, just next to the hotel, tolling all night, every 30 minutes, was a nightmare. I didn't sleep

Property was clean and great service. Hotel carpet needs an update. Also, a foul smell was coming out of the bathroom drain, it needs some improvement. Breakfast buffet does need more breakfast options, it was very limited. But we really liked the hotel, and the staff was professional and helpful.
