soak The glass is frosted and the view is not good.
There was a white lady at the front desk who provided poor service. We booked a soak at 6 o'clock, but she made us wait for her at the front desk for ten minutes in our bathrobes. She gave priority to checking in others. Later, we asked another Asian male waiter to take us to the soak.

Overall, it's decent. The view from the window offers a distant panorama of snow-capped mountains. The location is quite convenient for getting around, but the hotel has limited parking spaces, which isn't ideal for self-driving tourists exploring New Zealand's South Island. Although the underground car park has two or three levels, it was always full when we drove down. The hotel charges for parking daily, but if you arrive late, you'll often find no available spots and will need to find alternative parking yourself.
Most of Queenstown's attractions are nearby, with the cruise activity center less than 1 km away. It seemed that Queenstown required the least amount of driving during our South Island road trip, making its convenience excellent.

Good location near the city center. Room is big and fit perfectly for 2 adults & 2 kids. Nice lake with mountain room. We enjoyed our stays and kids like it too!

Stayed for four nights, it was great, it was the best memory of the trip, the villa was big, clean, fully equipped, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom appliances are all high-end. The lake view is also very beautiful, you can see different views in different weather, the price-performance ratio is very high, very enjoyable. It may take about 20 minutes to walk to the town. Before leaving, we got the enthusiastic and patient help of Ms. Alana, who helped us retrieve the lost items, thank you very much. Highly recommended.

In the middle of the Queenstown mountainside, the single-family two-story luxury wooden house, overlooking the beautiful View of Lake Wakatip and the snow-capped mountains, the cabin is fully equipped, three bedrooms have electric heating, two clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, stayed in the cabin for two days, listening to the birds in the morning, At night, listening to the sound of rain, I fried the steak and cooked it. It was sunny to go out for a walk. Although the weather was not very good in the past two days, I still spent two pleasant days in Queenstown. The location is quiet, suitable for self-driving, and you have to take a short staircase to go up.
