非常滿意這個酒店，衞生條件好，廚房設施完備，用廚房設備做了一頓飯，伴着雪景晚餐，感覺非常好

The hotel is truly beautiful, both inside and out. The rooms are modern and have cooking facilities, perfect for our family of four. We went to town to buy some groceries and had dinner while enjoying the beautiful view. One downside is that the hotel is currently under renovation, so parking is limited. One night, we had to park across the street. Parking at the hotel is also charged.

酒店名不副實，攜程給了皇后鎮排名第7推薦，因而選定，實際情況是，離鎮中心約3-4km距離，出行非常不便，酒店在大修，連前台都沒有，這樣的條件還保持着高房價，完全是欺騙，房間看不到湖景，換了兩個也看不到，和照騙完全不符。太坑了！非常失望的一次預訂！

Very good accommodation experience

We booked a deluxe two-bedroom room and were very satisfied overall. Facilities: The roadside of the hotel is currently under renovation. It's likely a new building, with a reception desk and several new rooms. I passed by and saw the progress, and the appliances have already been installed. It's expected to be completed before peak season. The lobby is accessed from the parking lot, which is quite small and requires some driving skills. It's important to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a space. Environment: There are many hotels with lake views in New Zealand, and Oaks is perfectly situated, right on the lake, just across the road. You can run or walk along the lakeside, and you can see the snow-capped mountains on both sides, as well as the sunrise and sunset. Service: The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the city center. The bus runs infrequently, but it's almost always available. It's very convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively new, and the cleanliness is excellent. The bedding was dry and comfortable. Hotel rooms in New Zealand are quite interesting. Simply put, they're townhouses sold on separate floors. Oaks rooms are numbered per townhouse, with floors designated A to B. As soon as we got our room card, we spent a long time driving next door... The view is great, and the higher floor is a plus. However, there's no elevator for this room type, so we had to carry our belongings upstairs. The Oaks front desk guy was very helpful and offered to help, but we still moved on our own. The room has a combined living and dining room, overlooking the lake. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom, though the lake view is limited. The master bedroom and living room have air conditioning, while the second bedroom doesn't. Both have radiators, but they're not too cold. All basic appliances are included, including the induction cooktop and washer/dryer, both from Fisher & Paykel, a popular New Zealand brand. The TV can be connected to a computer for watching movies, but you can bring your own cable. Highly recommended!

The room is very clean, the service is good, the environment is beautiful, I will stay here again next time I visit
