這家很多好評的酒店真的踩了大雷 酒店毫無硬件可言 沒有空調 沒有拖鞋 洗漱牙具更加不可能有 2月份的皇后鎮晚上很涼爽 但是房間裏奇熱無比 給的是厚被子 沒有空調到半夜1點鐘熱的都沒睡着 本來定了三晚 果斷退掉2晚改成了rees rees果然高檔了很多 服務硬件都完善

小紅書上對該酒店的評價褒貶不一，當時還很擔心，但是入住後完全被驚艷到！景色宜人、環境絕美，硬件軟件都十分滿意！新西蘭最滿意的入住👍

The lake view room has a great view and is cost-effective. It feels quieter than living in the center of Queenstown, and the lake view is great. The lake view of the three-bedroom apartment is better than that of the lakeside room. The lakeside room is one floor, and the vegetation on the lakeshore is dense and will block the view. The three-bedroom apartment is a two-bedroom apartment connected to a single bedroom. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom, which is very convenient. There are coffee machines, kitchen utensils, bowls, pots, etc., but no seasonings and chopsticks. Chenkin is slower, the room is more winding, the parking lot is difficult to enter, there is a construction cloth outside the house, but it doesn't affect it overall. Living in it is a peaceful life

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, with poor service, poor hygiene, and poor attitude. 1. The room webpage said that the room should be available for check-in at 2pm, but at 3:30pm, I was told that the room was not ready yet, so I did not enter the room immediately and could not use the washing machine and dryer in the room. I did not officially check in until I entered the room again at 10pm. 2. When I was washing clothes at around 12pm, I found that the dryer was very dirty and not cleaned at all. It was full of detergent left by the previous guest, which shows that the hotel room was not cleaned at all. Because the dryer was not not cleaned, but not cleaned at all. Moreover, there was only one man on duty at night, so the very scary thing was that in the middle of the night, I, a single woman, was taken to another room by a strange single man to dry clothes. And because almost all my clothes were placed in the washing machine, I was very embarrassed and had to wear my wet clothes to go to another room to dry clothes. 4.The next morning, when I reported this to the front desk staff, I got a sarcastic answer saying "We will give you a 10% refund." Then I said that the dryer was broken, and he said "At least your clothes are dry, right?" He completely avoided talking about the fact that their hotel was negligent and did not maintain hygiene at all. 5. During the whole communication process, the hotel's attitude was very bad and sarcastic. Did I choose to stay in your hotel just to get your refund? Summary: Any Chinese tourists who have requirements for the room should not choose this hotel. The price is expensive, the attitude is bad, and the hygiene is not maintained at all. Thinking about the hygiene like this, I feel disgusted!!! This group of people without any professionalism completely ruined my good mood for vacation. Blacklist this hotel for life!!!
