The room is OK and has all the basic functions. There is not much difference between the mountain view room and the ordinary room, after all, there are many better view spots around. The hotel is clean and new, and the surroundings are quiet and noise-free. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is still very convenient to travel by car.

皇后鎮卓越公園假日酒店離機場很近但離皇后鎮有一段距離，駕車的話一般需要20分鐘的樣子。酒店停車還可以，酒店有自己的地下停車場，需要付費，與鎮上停車收費相比還算是比較便宜的，也有地面免費停車場，車位有限先到先得，就得看運氣了。如果是以皇后鎮為中心在周圍駕車遊玩，這個酒店還是不錯的選擇，畢竟性價比高一些。如果不是駕車，就是在皇后鎮裏面呆著，那可能還是選個皇后鎮裏的酒店更方便些。酒店早餐算是中規中矩吧，國外也就這樣了，餐廳就不太推薦了，有可能的話還是鎮上吃完了回來，酒店周圍可能也沒啥好的餐館。喜歡喝啤酒的話，可以在酒店餐廳嚐嚐本地啤酒，也算是個體驗。

Before my arrival, the hotel had no record of my reservation, which led to them rushing to prepare my room at the last minute. The room was in poor condition—there was unidentified hair on the bed, and urine stains around the toilet. It was a very disappointing stay, and it’s hard to believe this level of service came from a chain hotel.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and not expensive! Wi-Fi is strong and the supermarket is within walking distance. There is a cute cat in Shinsekai.
The downside is that there is no kitchen.. no bathtub but the interior design is very nice

Excellent! Clean, cozy, beautiful room and hotel interior. Left a pleasant impression. They allowed to leave a deposit in cash. Breakfast is average, but we ate our fill, it was included. We would not pay separately. The only downside is that there are few parking spaces near the hotel. But there is public parking for $11 per day.
