awful noisy people. coming and going till 3.30 am had to sleep in our van bathroom pipes were so noisy cancelled 2nd night and getting a refund but need compensation for first nigjt

As the name suggests, the pine cabins are wooden cabins under the pine forest. The overall environment is OK, but in fact, each cabin is made of wood and each room is completely soundproof. The sound of f*ck snoring and laughing and talking next door is as if in front of you.
The room is very old. Even if the staff tries to clean it, it can't avoid the moldy shower curtain and the sticky floor. It's especially disgusting. I don't want to take pictures and disgust myself.
Please don't stay here, you will have a sleepless night.

The location is great. It has a nice view of the downtown and surrounding mountains. Ample parking space, which is a big bonus considering it's really hard to find free parking in Queenstown! The staff were nice and friendly. The room is good, has a little smell, probably the carpet needs a deep cleaning. Some facilities are outdated but still in working order. Overall, we had a good stay. 😊

Accommodation in Queenstown is not cheap. This hostel is very close to the town center and is within walking distance of the skydiving gathering place and the cable car. It has a kitchen. Overall it is good and the price is very affordable. The toilet is a bit tight
