Great location which near skyline luge. Hotel allowed us to park there before check in so we can go to skyline. The hotel room view is great too. It also near the restaurants.

Big room, good location, easy parking
There is a common kitchen where you can cook your own food
Easy and convenient check-in, even easier check-out, just drop the key in the box and go
If I have a chance to visit Queenstown again, I will definitely stay here .

There is no opinion to have room make up. During my 5days stay there is no room make up. The bed is too soft to sleep and there is spider webs . TV channel are limited, only 3 channels. Wifi very very very weak. If u stayed at level 2 there is no elevator and u need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The location is very beautiful and you don't need to use a car as everything is around you. But the downside is that the cleanliness is not very clean and the beds are worn out.

This Holiday Park was very clean for us and a child. The facilities provided here exceed expectations where there is a place to cook.
A very strategic location with the town of Queenstown only walking distance to the beautiful lake.
The staff here are also very helpful by providing advice to us where we plan to go skiing and are advised to go early in the morning with the weather forecast being quite good in the morning at 10.00 am.

Good location - right in town and can walk to everything. Size of powered sites is narrow so beware if you have a larger motorhome. Also bathrooms are closed for cleaning at 6am so plan accordingly if you want to leave early. Free all day parking if you book a tour through the team at reception (worth considering given you pay for parking everywhere in Queenstown). Overall clean and tidy and good location.

The chalet/apartment was perfect for our needs (me and my adult son). Spacious, bright, a nice area to sit outside, great view of the mountains. Very comfy bed! 5 mins walk from main town street, 10 mins back (uphill!). We used the common room for our breakfast.
