Great location, walking distance to downtown,
Garden is very close, and you can see various water activities and lake views from the window every day. The kitchen is also convenient for cooking. It would be even better if there is cooking oil~

The location is OK, but the hotel is too old. There is no washer and dryer in the room. The room is super small, there is no service, and the garbage must be thrown into the trash can on the first floor. No one cleaned the room after staying for a few days. The elevator is very slow. The parking space downstairs is very crowded and full.

I am not happy with the type of beds in the apartment. The booking clearly stated that it was one king size with 2 single beds but I found out the apartment arranged 2 double beds instead. The next day I called the front desk and he told me because I didn’t requested for 2 single beds so 2 double beds were arranged. When I checked out I showed my booking photos to the staff and he told me I sent an email to them and specifically requested to have a double bed instead of 2 singles. I have never requested for that and I was very upset with these responses. Could trip.com investigate what has been gone wrong in my booking? Thank you.
