Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views.
The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.

We booked a second room and stayed in two large and two small rooms. When we filled in the information, we were told that we only filled in two adults. This situation goes against health and safety policies. We stayed in Auckland, Rotorua, Wellington, Christchurch, and Tekapo. The front desk gave the children various small gifts and never mentioned anything against health and safety policies.
There was also a kid who put his hand on the coffee table and it collapsed. The support point was 25-30 centimeters wide. How could the kid collapse under the weight of a 40-pound kid, and I was right next to him at the time. After communicating for a long time, SGD 533 was forcibly deducted from the credit card.
I don’t know if this is a trick or if other tourists have been tricked. Also a reminder to tourists who book in the future

The apartment & customer service was exceptional. It had a brilliant view of Lake Wakatipu, was very clean, homely and well appointed. We would love the stay here again.

The views were phenomenal! The apartment was spotlessly clean, tidy and sooo quiet. Parking is great, and also only a short walk to Queenstown. Easily one of the best places we have ever stayed! Absolutely loved it, and will be sure to return again soon.

Great location. Stayed in the new apartments as a treat. Sat out on the balcony and watched the world go by. Modern, clean. Easy to find. Loads of parking out the back. Would recommend.

Fantastic property! Has everything you would need. We got the 2 bedroom apartment and it had the studio the one bedroom apartment so really we had two bedrooms two bathrooms a kitchen and a kitchenette! Everything is well thought out for a comfortable stay I highly recommend!
The only downside is that it is at the top of the hill (worth it as the views are incredible!). You can walk down to the main areas (10-15 min) or you can drive.
